For the first time, teams from across the enterprise gathered together to learn, collaborate and celebrate each other. This meeting served as a pivotal event bringing together sales representatives, executives, and other key stakeholders to celebrate accomplishments and align on objectives, strategies, and initiatives for the future.
The theme for the first annual National Sales Meeting was "Centricity." The goal was to unite sales team members around Cencora's purpose, each other and around their customers. We accomplished this through event branding, unique engagement opportunities and high-level production both in multiple general sessions and the oscar-style awards night complete with a "blue carpet" experience. Attendees left excited for the future and eager to attend the next event.
